Reynolda House Hosts Rare Solo Performance by 'Carolina Chocolate Drops' Frontman; Lowes Foods to Sponsor-- Winston-Salem, NC - July 24, 2013

Dom Flemons of the Grammy award-winning band the Carolina Chocolate drops will perform at Reynolda House Museum of American Art Thursday, September 19th as part of the museum's Harvest Moon Festival.  Tickets are $15 or $10 for students and members of the museum.  Advance purchase is recommended by calling 336.758.5150. 

The Harvest Moon Festival, held on the evening of the full moon from 5-8 pm, will include art, food, craft beers and lawn games in addition to live music.  Felmons will be one of two musical performances at the event.  The Jeffrey Dean Foster Band will also perform.

Lowes Foods, a Winston-Salem based, family-owned company, is the corporate sponsor for the event.  Lowes Foods offers numerous locally produced items in its stores and partners with local farmers statewide to offer fresh farm to table fruits and vegetables to its customers.  Lowes Foods will showcase these "Locally Grown" offerings at the Harvest Moon Festival.  Tickets to the event will be available for purchase at Lowes Foods locations throughout the Piedmont Triad starting in August.
