This includes Lowes Foods paper bags, Lowes Foods plastic bags and canvas bags. This is one way we show our commitment to improving the environment and involving our customers in every community to partner with us. We do not issue Greenpoints for paper or plastic bags from other retailers. Bags presented that exceed standard bagging practices will not receive bonus Greenpoints.

Lowes Foods recycles over 9,109 tons of cardboard and 624 tons of plastic each year. Also, over 500,000 bags have been reused or saved by our customers reusing Lowes Foods bags or cloth bags when they shop with us!
