When you feel thirsty it is important to reach for a light and healthy choice.
- Fruit Juice Spritzer – 100% juice mixed with seltzer water and add a twist of lime
- Herb Tea – brewed and chilled
- Spiced Apple Cider – pour over lots of ice
- Iced Coffee - add 1% milk, ground cinnamon, a few drops of vanilla extract or a teaspoon of sugar
- Sparkling Grape Juice – well chilled, for a fun celebration
- Ice Water – still or sparkling with a slice of fresh peach or nectarine

You can be really creative when you make one of these yummy drinks. Add some ice to the blender if you like it extra cold!
- Berry Smoothie – Blend together fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, or a combination) + 100% grape juice + plain, nonfat yogurt
- Pineapple Smoothie – Blend together canned pineapple + pineapple juice (from the can) + low fat vanilla yogurt
- Banana-Chocolate Smoothie – Blend together equal amounts of 1% chocolate milk and 1% white milk + a ripe banana
