All guests using Scan*Pay*Go need to register a Lowes Foods Fresh Reward Card.
This will determine if you are in a store with Scan*Pay*Go and will save your order as you shop.
Tap the ‘Scan Barcode’ button or select Key Item Code on the Scan*Pay*Go App.
Your phone asks for access in order to scan items as you shop.
Depending on your device, you can tap or swipe the item to see the list of menu options including the ability to delete an item.
The app will display a notification that the item must be weighed before being added to the order.
Tap the “Scan Barcode” button on your phone to scan the barcode on the screen at the scale station. Follow the onscreen instructions and select “DONE” when finished at the scale station.
Some items such as buy one get one free are applied to your order at checkout.
When you are ready to checkout, you can complete your transaction at any checkout lane or your designated Scan*Pay*Go lanes.
Dedicated Scan*Pay*Go lanes accept debit or credit cards only.
YES! Digital and manufacturer coupons will be reflected once scanned at checkout.
Yes. You will be prompted to show proof of age prior to completing your order at checkout.
There are items that cannot be added to Scan*Pay*Go such as (but not limited to) gift cards, lottery, propane tanks, Primo water.
To ensure that Scan*Pay*Go is working properly, and your order and prices are accurate, the system may randomly trigger a spot validation.
